    4. The Operator is the Controller of your personal data in reference to the data provided voluntarily on the Website.
    5. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
      1. processing queries via form;
      2. carrying out ordered services;
      3. presenting offer or information,
    6. The Website obtains information on the users and their behaviours in the following manner:
      1. using data voluntarily provided in forms, which are entered in the Operator’s systems;
      2. by saving cookie files in end devices.

2. Selected Methods of Data Protection Applied by the Operator

  1. Places for signing in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). In this way, personal data and sign-in data entered on the page are encrypted in the user’s computer and can be read only on the designated server.
  2. Personal data can be stored in a database or encrypted in such a way that only the Operator in possession of the key can read it. In this way, the data is protected against the database being stolen from the server.
  3. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works one way – it is not possible to reverse its action, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.
  4. The Operator periodically changes their administrative passwords.
  5. The Operator regularly creates backups to protect the data.
  6. A significant element of protecting data is regularly updating all software used by the Operator for processing personal data, which specifically means regular updates of programming components

3. Web Hosting

  1. The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the Operator’s servers: zenbox.pl
  2. The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, keeps server-level logs. Recording can include the following resources:
    • resources determined by the URL identifier (addresses of required resources – pages, files),
    • query reception time,
    • response submission time,
    • customer’s station name – identification performed by HTTP,
    • information on errors that have occurred when performing the HTTP transaction,
    • URL of the page visited by the user previously (referer link) – if the Website was accessed via link,
    • information on the User’s browser,
    • IP address information,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of independent service ordering by recorders on the page,
    • information related to supporting email directed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on the Methods of Using Data

  1. In certain situations, the Controller is entitled to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or to carry out the obligations of the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • web hosting company on the basis of entrusting,
    • companies providing marketing services to the Controller.
  1. Your personal data will be processed by the Controller not longer than it is necessary to perform related activities determined by other regulations (e.g. on accounting). In reference to marketing data, data will not be processed longer than for 3 years.
  2. You are entitled to demand from the Controller:
    • access to your personal data,
    • correcting your personal data,
    • erasure to your personal data,
    • restriction of processing your personal data,
    • and transfer of data.
  3. You are entitled to lodge an objection regarding the processing indicated in section 3.2 against processing personal data for the purpose of performing legally justified interest carried out by the Controller, including profiling, whereas the right to object cannot be exercised in the case of existence of significant, legally justified bases for processing, interests, rights and liberties that are superior, specifically the determination, investigation of claims or defence against them.
  4. You are entitled to lodge a complaint against the actions of the Controller to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland.
  5. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the Website to work properly.
  6. Your personal data may be involved in activities based on automated decision-making, including profiling for the purpose of providing services under the concluded agreement and conducting direct marketing by the Controller.
  7. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries as understood by the regulations on personal data protection. This means that we are not transferring data outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

  1. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the User, including personal data if it is provided.
  2. The Website can save information concerning connection parameters (time designation, IP address).
  3. In certain cases, the Website may save information facilitating connecting the data in the form with email address of the User filling in the form. In this case, the User’s email address is included in the URL of the page with the form.
  4. The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. to process a service request or commercial contact, service registration, etc. Every time, the form’s context and description clearly informs what it is related to.

6. Controller’s Logs

  1. Information on the behaviour of users on the Website can be logged. This data is used to administer the Website.

7. Important Marketing Techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of page traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc. with the registered office in the USA). The Operator does not transfer to the operator of this service personal data, but only anonymised information. The service is based on using cookie files in the end device of the User. In relation to the information of the user’s preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the User may browse and edit the information resulting from cookie files with the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The operator uses Facebook Pixel. This technology enables Facebook (Facebook Inc. with the registered office in the USA) to know that a given person registered on that platform uses the Website. In this case, it is based on the data that it is the controller of – the Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on using cookie files in the end device of the User.
  3. The operator uses a solution automating the functioning of the Website in relation to the Users, e.g. allowing for sending emails to the Users after their visiting specific subpages if they had consented to receive commercial messages from the Operator.

8. Information on Cookies

  1. The Website uses cookie files.
  2. Cookie files constitute IT data, specifically text files that are stored in the end device of the Website User and are intended for using the Website’s pages. Cookies usually include the name of the website they originate from, their storage time in the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookie files in the Website User’s end device and obtaining access to them is the Website Operator.
  4. Cookie files are used for the following purposes:
    1. maintaining the Website User’s session (after signing in), so that the user is not required to enter their login and password on every subpage;
    2. accomplishing goals determined above in the “Important Marketing Techniques” section.
  5. The Website employs two main types of cookie files: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the end device of the User until signing out, leaving the website, or closing the software (internet browser). Persistent cookie files are stored in the end device of the User for the time determined in cookie file parameters or until they are removed by the User.
